Our trained and sprightly instructor, Marionne, knows just how important this low-impact form of cardiovascular training can be! Make sure you nama-stay to enjoy our yoga classes, all levels are welcome! Lesley will be your instructor, she is a certified BKS Iyengar yoga teacher and has been teaching since 2002. Natalie, our energetic and experienced instructor will get you moving in the Fit Box at Trail’s End. Her HIIT (high intensity interval training) classes are suitable for beginners and advanced alike. She hosts a number of training classes during the week and also offers classes over the weekends.
