POWER SPINNING
Lauren and James have extensive knowledge of the benefits and advantages of their spinning classes. They offer intermediate to experienced-level classes twice a week that will leave you feeling euphoric. It is important to book ahead to make sure they have a spot for you in their class! AQUAEROBICS
Our trained and sprightly instructor, Marionne, knows just how important this low-impact form of cardiovascular training can be! She offers great classes for all levels, but they are only in the summertime when the water is perfect. You are guaranteed to have a great time while getting that oh-so-needed exercise session. YOGA
Make sure you nama-stay to enjoy our yoga classes, all levels are welcome. Natalie is a certified yoga teacher and offers Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra Meditation. She offers group or private one-on-one sessions. STRENGTH AND FITNESS
Natalie, our energetic and experienced fitness instructor will get you moving in the Fit Box at Trail’s End. Her Strength and Fitness classes are suitable for beginners and advanced alike. She hosts group classes every Wednesday and Friday morning. Class times are: 05h30, 06h45 and 08h00. Booking is essential and can be made online via her website movememindfully.co.za.
