DESCRIPTION:The Elgin Grabouw Country Club boasts breathtaking and spectacular views of the surrounding Hottentots Holland\, Nuweberg and Groenland mountains. The drive from Cape Town or Worcester takes approximately 60 minutes whilst the trip from Somerset West\, Gordon’s Bay and Hermanus will take approximately 35 minutes. \nDo it solo or in a team. \nSuper Sprint Duathlon: 2.5km Trail Run / 12km MTB / 1.25km Trail Run \nSprint Duathlon: 6km Trail Run / 25km MTB / 3km Trail Run \nDuathlon teams may consist of a maximum of 2 people.
